I ordered an XS, but it was too large, so I followed the return process and received a return code along with a list of locations where I could drop off the package. Unfortunately, when I went to one of the authorized locations, they informed me that the return code was invalid and that they were unable to accept my package. I didn’t realize this issue until about three weeks later. I immediately contacted Lane 21 by email, but I have never received a response. Because of this, I was unable to complete my return and never received my refund. This has been a very frustrating experience, and the lack of customer support is unacceptable. Resetting password after it was already working just fine etc. Well apparently the app is the only thing that works well. Also you cant use points in addition to discount, how stupid! There are hundreds and thousands of boutiques to choose from most of which have the same styles. So for me to choose to shop it’s going to be the ability to combine offers and get the best deal. Lane 201 has always been that for me until the App. You can’t combine codes and rewards so that limits your ability to get the best deal.
