Their boots don’t work for people with high arch. 
Tried to reason with them, but they don’t seem to care. I wish I could put that boot on my feet, but I just can’t. So, I have a very expensive pair of boots that I can’t wear.

I now own 4 pairs and buy a new pair every year for my birthday. Comfortable and true to size although some, if you want to wear a thick sock, I would go a half size up. So pretty and pro tip: watch the app for discounts to score 20% off.
