## What is Lane?

A project manager for people juggling many things at once. Web, app, design, planning — client work and personal side projects — all on one calendar.

- Every project on one calendar — projects as colored bars, their schedules stacked below. Tap a day to see what's in progress, what you finished, and your work notes in a popup.
- Four period types — start~due ranges, start-only, due-only, and always-on projects, with a due-date D-day on every card.
- Project > Schedule > To-do — group to-dos under schedules or keep them free, with a two-level tree and drag-to-reorder.
- Work journal — capture the day's mood and notes to track momentum.
- Fully local with backup/restore — data stays on your device; back up and restore everything as a single JSON file.
