When I search and find domething I want to look at and click on it I am immediately shut out of the app. Not able to preview items so prob won’t be buying stuff!!!! ### 2/5 — Please fix the app *2026-02-19, version 10.6.2* This app has a lot of bugs. Every time I log in, it doesn’t save my password. Also, it kicked me out when I was adding something to it. It logs me out every time I close the app whereas other apps keep you signed in for a certain amount of time. It’s frustrating to have to log in so much. On top of that you have so many different logins just for LB period. The app has its own login, rewards has its own, and the credit card has its own as well a whole other app. I like shopping in-app and I can’t even do that with this one. As soon as I get to the final checkout page to review my order it takes me back to the beginning for information verification. I think I reviewed my information about 3 times before I gave up. It’s slow to load, clunky to navigate, doesn’t work with Apple’s password manager properly, and now when I try to sign in it reloads to the start page before I can get my password in. It’s always so frustrating to see an app where the developers don’t care about the user experience. Keeps signing me out upon opening and closing of the app. Everytime i try to go to my account and my wishlist it lags or never works. Whenever i try to click one of the deals on the store homepage it lags and I have to tap it five times for it to work. This app is unusable. ### 1/5 — Lane Bryant is a SCAM *2026-06-28, version 10.6.4* It’s not possible to have an application and a website that malfunctions EVERY SINGLE TIME THERE IS A SALE. And they keep forcefully emailing me reminding me that I have a large credit card limit that isn’t being used…That’s because the app and the website NEVER f’n works and they’ve closed ALL the nearby stores! Right now, the webpage is flashing bras on sale for $16.99, but there’s no F’N sign in button on the webpage so that you can sign in and purchase 😂😂😂. This sh.. is such a SCAM. Thanks to today’s update, when I click on a clearance item to view it, the app completely throws me out. I still have to repeatedly log in to my general account, my bag, and my wishlist, even though the “stay logged in” checkbox is checked. From what I can see, this has been an ongoing issue for years with no resolution from your team. I don’t understand how in 2026 a shopping app that’s only purpose is to sell things makes it so hard for people to give you their money.
