## What is Lane8.?

Every swim has a story. Lane8 helps you see the whole season.

Made for the way swim teams work:
• Plan a season with swim-specific sets, intervals, and intensity zones.
• Upload race and training video for coach analysis and feedback.
• Log workouts, follow progress, and celebrate personal bests.
• Track meet events, results, and upcoming swims as the day unfolds.
