## What is Language Lab?

Oto Reactor helps you learn a language from real YouTube videos with subtitles.

• Dual subtitles. Watch with the original subtitles and a translation into your language — tap a single word, see a translation above each phrase, or read the whole sentence.
• Words in context. Tap any word for its translation and save it to your vocabulary in one tap. On supported devices you also see what the word means in this exact sentence and its part of speech.
• Shadowing. Replay any sentence or pause after each one to repeat it out loud.
• Flashcard review. Saved words come back on a spaced-repetition schedule: 1, 3, 7, 14, 30, 60 and 120 days. Daily reminders keep you on track.
• 546 hand-picked videos in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, Korean and Chinese, sorted by level and topic — or paste a link to any YouTube video with subtitles.

Works with videos that have subtitles. Translation runs on your device: once a language is downloaded, it works without the internet. Watching videos needs an internet connection.

No account needed. Your vocabulary and progress stay on your device.

The app speaks 26 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic and Hindi. Translations appear in your device's language by default.

Oto Reactor plays videos through the official YouTube player and is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
