## What is Language Learning App?

Say “pero” when you meant “perro” and your coach names the exact sound that slipped, then works it with you until it clears. No audience, no streaks, no leagues.

Speak from your first minute, or stay in writing as long as you like — the microphone is yours to switch on, when you are ready. If you understand far more than you can say, you are who this is built for: what stops you is not vocabulary, it is not having anywhere to get it wrong.

Understand Spanish but freeze when your partner’s family starts talking? Practice the conversation you wish you could have.

WHAT YOU GET

• PRONUNCIATION — Your attempt is measured sound by sound, and your coach explains the fix in your own language. It listens for the accent you chose — British or American English, Spain or Latin America — and goes past single sounds to stress and intonation.
• EXPLAINED IN THE LANGUAGE YOU THINK IN — Your coach knows which mistakes come from your own language rather than from you. Say “soy 30 años” and it will tell you that English is what made you reach for “be”, where Spanish counts your years with “have”.
• A PLAN BUILT ON YOUR REASON — Say what you need the language for and oohula builds the plan around it: more support early on, more nuance and idiom later. Nothing off a shelf.
• CONVERSATION — Role-play scenes you would actually be in: a café, a soccer game, a phone call, a film scene. The scene ends when it reaches its own ending, not a turn count. Slip into your own language mid-sentence and your coach hands you the words you were reaching for.
• YOUR COACH, YOUR PICK — Nine faces, nine voices. The one you pick is there while you speak, answering in character, out loud, and stays with you in every language:

Inês, Portugal — a train guard who talks to strangers for a living.
• WORDS THAT STICK — Tap any word mid-conversation to hear a native voice and keep it. It comes back just before you’d forget it.

NOBODY IS KEEPING SCORE, AND NOBODY IS LISTENING
Nothing to keep up with. On a train you type: your coach corrects what you wrote, explains why in your own language, builds the sentence with you and drills the words you keep missing. You can take as many tries as you need.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Your voice recording is measured and then thrown away — never stored, never used for anything else. Analytics are anonymous, and you can delete everything from the app.

English (US or UK), German, Italian, French, Spanish (Spain or Latin America) and Portuguese (Portugal or Brazil), several at once if you like.

Milestones — the goals you finish now stay with you.

• MILESTONES — Finishing a goal used to erase it the moment you set the next one. Now it's kept: the themes you moved through, the concepts under each, and what you can do that you couldn't before.
• Setup ends with your real plan on screen — your goal, your themes, your level — and a button straight into your first lesson.
• Lessons finish properly now, with a short written recap of what you covered.
• Slip into your own language mid-sentence and the coach follows you, instead of correcting words you never said.
• One plan with full access — weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, differing in how you pay. The quarterly plan starts with a free month.
• Languages are named in your own language now, and with the accent you chose. Plus fixes across listening clips, the recorder and Settings.

Your coach now speaks — in every session.

• Replies are read aloud in a native voice while the coach writes them. Mute anytime.
• Answer by voice anywhere: hold the talk button and say it — free replies, multiple choice, even fill-in-the-gap. Typing still works.
• Speak in your own language or the one you're learning; oohula follows both.
• One hold-to-talk button everywhere — the mic only listens while you hold it.

Also new:
• Pronunciation now also checks word stress and question melody.
• An optional practice reminder, about a day after your last session — off until you turn it on.
• Pick your level with one tap when you add a language.
• Your languages now wear their real country flags.
