## What is Language Mirror?

Shadow a native speaker — not after them, at the same time.

Language Mirror is a shadowing app for Korean and English learners. You import real audio, clip the phrases that matter, and speak simultaneously with the recording until your pronunciation stops being a translation and starts being a reflex.

This is not listen-then-repeat. This is simultaneous shadowing — the method used by interpreters, polyglots, and serious language learners to internalize rhythm, intonation, and natural cadence. Language Mirror is built around it.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Import audio from files, video, recordings, or the Share Sheet.
2. Create clips — select the exact phrases you want to shadow.
3. Shadow and speak — loop each clip and speak along at the same time as the native speaker.
4. Use Progression mode to automatically ramp from slow to natural speed across repeats — progressive overload, applied to your ear and your mouth.
5. Track your progress — play counts and position are saved per clip so you pick up where you left off.

PROGRESSION MODE
Start slow. End natural. Progression mode automatically ramps playback speed across repeats so you can shadow comfortably at first, then gradually match a native speaker's real pace. This is the arc: slow shadowing → comfortable shadowing → full-speed shadowing → fluency.

BUILT FOR FOCUS
- Clean, calm interface with minimal distractions
- No feed, no streaks, no social pressure
- Transcript alignment shows timed text as you shadow
- Favorites and quick-resume from the Practice tab

FOR KOREAN & ENGLISH LEARNERS
