Set your sound comfort level,choose your difficulty level,background noise,voice,and let the fun begin.Top qualified speech-language therapists selected pairs of words for you to listen to,surrounded by a choice of sounds.Depending on the level,the mixture and number of syllables and vowels in these pair of words gets more and more complex and thus train your hearing. Listen carefully and click on the word you heard before moving on to the next pair of words.Continue until you have finished the module and request the generation of a summary report (paid feature) before tackling the next module. Setting the COMFORT LEVEL adjusts the loudness of the voices to your individual optimal level. As aural rehabilitation follows a hierarchy,LanguageRehab’s design includes three difficulty levels — PRACTISING,CHALLENGING,and DIFFICULT.Each group consists of five modules,with ten PAIRS OF WORD (PoW) per module. It also offers six grades of predefined BACKGROUND NOISES ranging from “Very soft” to “Extreme”,specifying a Signal (voice) to Noise (background) ratio (SNR).
