## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Pointless

*2024-10-28*

I don’t see the point of this app. The few times I’ve contacted the city regarding issues in my neighborhood they just refer me to some other governmental office. Great Job Lansing 👍🏽

### 1/5 — Glitchy, slow app, city is unresponsive to safety concerns. Takes years to get a resolution.

*2024-10-11*

Lansing city is unresponsive to safety concerns. Police don’t care about residents. Our neighbors harassed and threatened us for nearly six years before we sold our home and moved.

### 1/5 — Completely Useless

*2022-10-30*

The city of Lansing does not use this app appropriately and respond to issues as this app represents. Most reported issues are ignored and simply read as reserved for months or longer. When an issue resolved from outside the cities involvement there is not a clear way to close/resolve an issue. There is also not way to edit an issue without creating comments or creating a duplicate issue.

### 1/5 — This app is junk.

*2021-10-04*

When I try to view my requests it shows I have one, but I can’t view details about it. The page won’t load. When I try to view requests in my area and select a specific entry, it crashes and goes back to the app Home page.

### 1/5 — Last update and app goes no where

*2020-09-23*

On IOS 14 app does nothing.

### 2/5 — App occasionally works, but lansing doesn’t follow through.

*2022-10-26, version 3.3.0*

Sure, it’s nice to be able to report non-emergent issues from your phone or computer-I’ll give ‘em that… but for this app to actually be useful:
1) it needs to open consistently every time.
2) Lansing city needs to actually follow-up on requests.

This app comes across like a simple check-the-box effort, giving citizens a reporting mechanism without any actual resolution or follow-up on the city’s behalf. It’s like the door close buttons in an elevator-it doesn’t do anything aside from lighting up and giving the illusion of issues being taken seriously by the city and law enforcement.

### 3/5 — Has Promise, but ......

*2017-07-05*

The app still needs work. So far it's only been good for signing up to receive collection day reminders. Have registered 3 times for collection notifications (email & text) and still have not gotten confirmation for text messages. At this point the old system was better and more dependable.

### 5/5 — Great Public Service App

*2019-10-13*

I really appreciate that Lansing has this app. It’s very easy to alert the city about issues like burnt out traffic lights, potholes, and garbage in parks. Each of my requests have been promptly responded to and taken care of. Thank you Lansing Government! You’re putting East Lansing to shame! 🙂

### 5/5 — Love it

*2017-04-19*

Love being able to work with the city to address concerns and problems!

### 5/5 — Simple

*2017-03-27*

Love how simple this app is to use and that we can also report simple issues to proper places

## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Surprisingly decent for a city app

*2016-08-05*

I know this just came out, but hopefully one day a citizen could use it to interact in all ways with the city. From paying taxes to re-upping the parking meter without having to manually enter change.
