### 3/5 — Timer cancel

*2026-01-31, version 1.4.1*

I loved the app until it started canceling the timer while in the middle of pumping losing track of pumping isn’t cool please fix this issue

### 2/5 — Glitchy

*2024-06-24, version 1.4.1*

The app has been acting very glitchy, updated it and restarted and now can’t input any of my data or pull up previous information.

### 4/5 — Needs some fixes

*2024-05-31, version 1.4.0*

Overall I like this app a lot. I like that I can track all of my pumping data as well as baby’s intake/output. However there are some changes needed. The biggest issue is the Bluetooth data does not transfer accurately. One example I see frequently is the Bluetooth randomly disconnects then reconnects which changes the pump start time significantly. This is frustrating especially when trying to schedule pumps at specific time intervals. Second, there is no dark mode option. This make the app and eyesore and a distraction in the middle od the night.

### 3/5 — Great concept but glitchy

*2023-10-26, version 1.4.0*

Revising review, app has great functionality to monitor supply, but is not reliable. Pumping history had been a great feature, has failed to load for the past several days, bluetooth to pump now doesn’t work.

### 3/5 — Overall great pump

*2023-09-06, version 1.4.0*

The app needs some work. I can’t add anything to it like my water intake and I have to add Smartpump everytime I use it just about. App just isn’t user friendly. The pump is bread though.

### 4/5 — Needs “dark mode” but decent app

*2023-09-05, version 1.4.0*

Overall a good app and pretty easy to use, but definitely needs dark mode especially for night feeds (or people like me that just hate a stark white screen). I like the basic home screen because it shows time spent on left vs right breast so I’m not neglecting one side, but I wish it also had a marker indicating which side you used last. Yes that is available on the timeline screen, but it’d be nice to see more in one place without switching back n forth. Also when editing a previous nursing session, it always moves the marker of “starting breast” to the left side with no way to correct it, even if the left breast was not used at all. The timeline screen is nice because it gives a good visual of the day, but I dislike that it doesn’t integrate when I pumped on baby’s account, or show the other “mom” features. I know that stuff is not about baby, but it’d be so much more convenient to have it all on one page or at least have the option to combine them or “view all”. I also wish there was a clean/dry diaper option to log as well. Lastly, some taps/selections have to be exactly on point as if the “buttons” aren’t big enough to receive the feedback. Really minor complaints and again it’s overall a good app, but these things add up and I am considering switching to using my other app to track feeds/pumps due to the reasons listed above.

### 3/5 — Ok pump, bad app.

*2023-05-28, version 1.3.4*

I’ve had an overall ok experience with the lansinoh 2.0 pump. I ordered the pump initially through my insurance provider. It came when I was 30 weeks pregnant. Good thing I ordered it ahead of time because it took about 3-4 weeks to arrive (for insurance approvals, I’m sure). Anyway, when I started using the pump around 6wks PP, it stopped working. I looked up reasons why that could be and ordered new parts as it stated the lines could have been damaged. Thankfully I had a secondary pump for work (which I love). When those parts arrived I plugged it in to find that the problem wasn’t fixed. I reached out to the manufacturer directly and they sent a replacement at no charge but took over 4 weeks to arrive. Again, thankfully I had a secondary pump otherwise I would have dried up. I am an oversupplier as well so the discomfort I would go through when not pumping when I needed to was awful. I used a manual pump at times and even hand expressed. The new pump works fine and I’m happy but I never leave my secondary pump at work anymore because I’m afraid the lansinoh will stop working at some point, even though it may not.

The app used to be my go to app. Even using the secondary pump. However, I noticed that sometimes the timer would freeze or finish on the app, but my machine was still going. This was a little annoying but whatever I was able to manually enter that. The problem I had was when I traveled to another state, the app lost all of the data both to and from where I was going. I got over it because I was able to remember times I had pumped last when leaving and then arriving at each destination. The problem I have now is that I am not able yo log anything. It recognized my pump but then disconnected from it. I have to use a different app to track my last pump session and deleted this app to see if that would help fix the issue. I’m at a loss because it doesn’t work.

I’m not sure if anyone else has had this experience but it’s annoying to say the least with everything I’ve had to deal with along the way.

### 2/5 — Buggy

*2023-05-17, version 1.3.4*

I use this app to track my premie baby’s feeds. It’s been okay but there’s been a few days when I can’t make any entries and that’s very frustrating. My daughter is under the 1st percentile for her weight and has been failing to grow. I need to be able to reliably track her feeding for her specialist doctors (speech pathology, pediatrician, gastroenterology, etc) I also don’t like that the main timeline doesn’t show any details (entries allow you to make comments but you can’t see them from the timeline, you have to click on the individual entry to see any comments. Kind of pointless to have it at all then)

### 1/5 — Would not recommend

*2023-03-15, version 1.3.4*

When I first started using the app I loved the interface and easy to use tracking, but about 3 months in it starting force quitting on me and eventually lost all of my baby’s data. I’d recommend using another feeding/tracking app!

### 1/5 — Great Pump - Terrible App

*2023-03-15, version 1.3.4*

I’ve had this pump now for about 4 months and I love it. Like all things, it has an app that connects to Bluetooth and you can log your sessions but each time I connect to the app once the pump is on, it stops recording a minute into pumping. I’ve tried this a couple times now and have officially given up. Will be deleting the app.

### 4/5 — Overall Pretty Good

*2023-03-12, version 1.3.4*

Overall this app is pretty good for its intended purpose! I have the Smart Pump that syncs via Bluetooth with the app when pumping. The only downfall is it doesn’t always register that I started or ended a pump session if my phone screen is locked. I like all of the options of things you can track (water intake, diapers, growth, etc.)

### 2/5 — Used to use every session

*2023-02-18, version 1.3.4*

I used this app for EVERY breastfeeding session as a timer and to keep track of which side I had started in. It was nice for tracking purposes. Around when my baby was 7 months old it just stopped working. I would time a session but then when I hit save it would just keep spinning and end up deleting the session. Now I just use the notepad in my phone.

### 3/5 — Good app, mediocre pump

*2023-02-14, version 1.3.4*

I like the app. Pros: Easy to use. I like that I can track around how much I pump in a day. Cons: Sometimes there are glitches and it erases some of my pumps so I have to go back and re-enter numbers in the app. Additionally the milk tracker has a dot you can glide on a bottle, the dot itself is too big so it’s hard to see if you drag the dot on the correct line to track milk pumped that way. The pump does the job. It’s kinda loud. And honestly not very gentle, even with the smallest breast shield. Happened to get this free with my insurance but may end up buying something else.

### 3/5 — Great pump, mediocre app

*2023-02-05, version 1.3.4*

The pump itself is great! However, I can’t get the app to work properly. It shuts down any time my screen times out, so it doesn’t keep track of my pumping properly. It’s a great idea for an app, so it would be great if this glitch could be fixed.

### 1/5 — More frustrating than helpful

*2023-02-04, version 1.3.4*

This app needs serious improvements and so does the Bluetooth with the pump.

First, the Bluetooth connection always crashes every time I’m pumping and even when it is connected it sometimes doesn’t log in or save my sessions. Also the battery option on this pump doesn’t hold enough charge for even a weeks worth of pumping.

Second in my opinion the app setting are a hassle. The dial to indicate how much of something is is super sedative and the time setting to change also glitches and doesn’t let me input the right time. Also a lot of the time I’m using the app is scrolls down mid using it like it’s glitching and it’s super annoying.

The pump itself is alright. It’s very loud and the suction settings in my opinion are not that great or strong either

### 2/5 — Effective

*2023-01-21, version 1.3.4*

This app helps me keep track of things with my new mom brain. I will say that the pump is comfortable, but sometimes I feel the suction isn’t as strong even on the highest setting, and it seems like the seal isn’t complete somewhere because it sounds like there is air being sucked in (almost like an empty straw sound) even though my breast is fully in the flange. I also had to buy flange inserts to fit my nipples because the smallest that came with the pump was 25mm and I needed 19mm.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work.

*2024-06-28, version 1.4.1*

App had issues but nothing unmanageable. After the update, it no longer allows you to track anything.

### 1/5 — App needs work

*2024-04-03, version 1.4.0*

This app worked great when I first started pumping. But now, it will not capture the time from the pump even though I reached out to the help techs. The app has also not been capturing my manual inputs and now deleted all my data. So frustrating!

### 1/5 — Bluetooth

*2024-02-18, version 1.4.0*

Like many others have pointed out there are connectivity issues between the pump and app. It has stopped in the middle of pumping and I have to manually out in the time I started pumping which is aggravating. I have done the steps that were recommended but it still has issues.

### 1/5 — Months of data disappeared

*2023-11-29, version 1.4.0*

I am logged in but my data suddenly disappeared. My pumping data was very important to me and it is irreplaceable. I should have used another app or recorded data elsewhere as backup. It was foolish to trust Lansinoh with something so important to me.

### 1/5 — App shuts down when I’m timing breast feeding

*2023-10-18, version 1.4.0*

This has happened multiple times, more so recently. I’ll be timing a breast feeding session and it’s almost as if the app quits. When I go back in to stop the timer and switch sides, the session is lost. It’s frustrating because I rely on the app to know when I started feeding and for how long. I hope it can be fixed. Otherwise, I would’ve given a higher rating.

Edit: PLEASE FIX THIS… already 3x today the app has reset/shut off when I’m timing a breastfeeding session.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t connect to pump, erases data

*2023-08-17, version 1.4.0*

Massive hassle, zero results.
The app stalled out when I tried to log in, had to close and reopen. Then I had to sync the bluetooth connection everytime I pumped. Then it dumped my recorded pump sessions. I could also not manually add a pumping session for the sessions it wouldn’t sync.
I tried the other Lansinoh Baby 3.0 app but it doesn’t connect to my smartpump 2.0, and also had the same log in issues. Deleted both. Very disappointing.

### 1/5 — My favorite until now

*2023-08-06, version 1.4.0*

I loved this app it was great to track my pumping sessions and feedings now all of a sudden the app keeps logging me out it won’t connect to my pump via Bluetooth and it won’t save any feedings! I’m so annoyed as this was my main app to keep track of everything!

### 1/5 — Not Satisfied

*2023-05-12, version 1.3.4*

Theres no apps compatible with my Smartpump 3.0 which is very unfair considering i spent a pretty penny to be able to use all my pumps features! My days are busy with having 4 kids so it would be nice if there was an app for ALL the pumps made by Lansinoh that way i can keep track a lot easier!!

### 1/5 — Needs fixing

*2023-04-24, version 1.3.4*

Worked great for the first few months now it No longer saves feedings.

### 1/5 — Updates this app!!

*2023-04-12, version 1.3.4*

This is bull! This app needs updated. My app will no longer recognize my pump and won’t record my pumping sessions anymore!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best baby product I received

*2025-08-01, version 1.4.1*

I absolutely love this pump it was amazing for me and I struggled to produce but this pump helped me get all I could every-time.

### 5/5 — Great app overall

*2023-02-23, version 1.3.4*

Great app, but I still use a different app to track feedings/pumps instead of this one. I choose to use a different app because I can also track my baby’s diaper changes, temperature, growth, and other important data on the app. The Lansinoh app still has some great resources, however, so I haven’t deleted it even though I hardly use it.

### 5/5 — ABSOLUTELY LOVE

*2023-02-18, version 1.3.4*

I’m the type of person who loves to know when
My baby ate last or had a diaper change and when to pump. But I’m also the type to forget to pump or when he are last . But this app does it all. I can set reminders to pump . I can log oz and how much I get . And for my son, I can mark his diapers, and how much he is eating in a day . Honestly this app has saved my sanity . The only thing that would be better is to pair it with the smart pump.

### 5/5 — Use app everyday

*2023-01-29, version 1.3.4*

Great app to track everything with my newborn. I use it everyday to keep track of diapers, pumping, feeding and bottles. Helps keep my thoughts straight throughout the day, and I never worry if baby has waited too long for something!

Occasional problems with pump disconnecting through Bluetooth during pump, but I just manually add that pump into the app.

Would recommend for first time parents or anyone who struggles with routines and keeping track of time!

### 5/5 — Great baby tracking app

*2023-01-10, version 1.3.4*

Probably one of the best user friendly baby tracking app. It is simple but perfect. Very easy to navigate between mom and baby. Good to track pumping, bottle feeding, diapers and breastfeeding. Only missing a sleeping tracker and a graph to compare pumping vs how much the baby drank! Love it!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2023-01-09, version 1.3.4*

I love this app for tracking my pumping session. Easy to use and love that it works with my breast pump.

### 5/5 — Love it!!

*2023-01-04, version 1.3.4*

As a first time mom, this app is so helpful! I love the notifications reminding me to pump, drink water, etc. It gets so easy to lose track of time with a new baby. I also absolutely love my Smartpump 2.0! I have four other electric pumps and it is by far my favorite, and the most effective for me.

### 5/5 — Absolutely wonderful!

*2022-12-20, version 1.3.4*

I had tried five different pumps before being gifted the Lansinoh SmartPump 2.0. Hands down, this is the best one that I have used! It’s comfortable, convenient, and gives me maximum output. The app is a great way for me to track and see my output trend! It’s very useful and it has helped me identify my best pumping times and the times where I need to increase my pumping. 10/10 🌟

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-12-15, version 1.3.4*

Smooth app and easy to use

### 5/5 — Simple , straight to the plate

*2022-12-14, version 1.3.4*

Easy to use, simple to clean , adjustable pumping levels . Very cool you can connect and look back on amounts / dates you pumped !
