If the problem persists after updating, please email support@getlantern.org, and we will provide direct assistance. ### 2/5 — 系统升级后无法连接 *2026-03-26, version 9.0.1* 系统升级到ios26.4后，打开后会自动关闭，死循环，永远无法连接网络，请尽快修复 ### 1/5 — 诱导消费不肯退款 *2026-02-27, version 9.0.1* 一开始是无法使用，以为套餐过期，购买后仍无法使用，问客服回复说要更新软件。 软件版本低却无清楚提示，只有买套餐的界面最快捷。 重复购买套餐后申请退款，从2025年11月提交申请，到2026年2月才回复。先要求我提供付款订单截屏，提供后又告知我他们自己只能查到2026年的记录，也就是说我提供的付款记录没用。 最后客服说没办法，让我自己去支付宝申请退款。我去申请后退了我1元钱。没错，我买了613元的套餐，退了我1元钱。 然后客服要我理解他们。我理解什么？你们拖延了三个月而查不到付款记录，这个责任要消费者自己承担，还要消费者理解你们的错误？ 另外，我退款还有一个原因，蓝灯现在是自动选择服务器，而每次都只选新加坡服务器，但是这个服务器根本翻不了墙。太垃圾了。 ### 1/5 — Cannot log in *2026-01-23* After updating the app I can’t log in and restore my Pro Lantern purchase.
