## What is Lanturn?

For the big idea you’ve been starting all year.

You bring the vision. Lanturn brings the structure.
4-week sprints with others · Weekly rhythm · AI thinking partner

Lanturn helps you build creative projects one week at a time: writing a novel, making a game, building an app, starting a channel, or anything you’ve never built before.
You don’t need to know where to start. You need a structure that helps you figure it out.

The Weekly Rhythm
One vision. One weekly milestone. One reflection.
• Turn your idea into a clear vision: what it is, why it matters, who it’s for.
• Choose one milestone each week and break it into small steps.
• Reflect at the end of the week, add a photo of your progress, and plan the next step.
• See your whole journey in one place, week by week.

The AI Thinking Partner
Figure it out when you get stuck.
• Talk through what’s hard and find the next step that fits your week.
• It asks good questions and helps you think. You drive the conversation.

The 4-week Sprint
Build more in four weeks, together.
• A small group of writers, makers and builders, each on their own project.
• Weekly commitments to stay accountable.
• A private Sprint room to share what you made, ask for feedback and cheer each other on.

Who it’s for
Writers finishing a first draft. Game makers who want to publish something big. Builders with a creative app idea. Creators, artists and anyone with a stretch project they need to grow with.

Getting stuck is expected for anything we’ve never done before. Lanturn helps you keep going.

Come with an idea. Leave with something real.
