## What is LAOE?

Sometimes you just need a way out. A date that's gone sideways. A conversation that's draining you and won't end. A stranger who won't take "I have to go" for an answer.

literally anyone else is a personal-safety tool. You set up a call to yourself in advance, then trigger it when you need an excuse to step away from a situation that doesn't feel right. You are always in control: you schedule the call, and you know it is coming.
