## What is Laopost HRM?

Laopost HRM helps employees, managers, and HR teams manage essential HR tasks in one convenient mobile app.

The app is designed to make everyday workforce processes easier, faster, and more organized. From attendance tracking to leave and overtime requests, Laopost HRM gives users a practical way to stay connected with HR services anytime, anywhere.

Employees can clock in and clock out directly in the app, review attendance records, and check time log history. If updates are needed, they can also submit attendance requests from their phone.

Leave management is simple and accessible. Users can check leave balances, create leave requests, and track request history in one place. Depending on role permissions, managers and authorized users can also review team requests and broader request lists.

Laopost HRM also supports overtime workflows. Users can submit OT requests, monitor OT hours, and follow request progress. For managers and approved roles, the app provides access to team and organization-level OT request views.

Real-time notifications help users stay informed about request activity, updates, and approval status. Users can quickly open relevant details and respond faster to HR actions.

The app also includes employee self-service features such as personal information access, line manager details, organization structure viewing, secure password updates, and Lao or English language selection.
