The inmate info has been very screwed up lately. Think it needs another updated bug fix.

**Developer response:** This certainly sounds like a frustrating experience. There are a few factors that could be the source of the issue. If you have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and are still experiencing issues, please feel free to submit a developer feedback within the app settings.

Lately, my app keeps crashing on me. I don’t know why. If you have any suggestions on how to fix this I’m all ears.

The app has been terrible for the last few months in regards to the inmate page not loading correctly and will not update. It happens I’ve gotten a new phone and even deleted the app and reinstalled it. It won’t function properly on either phone so I know it’s on your end.
