Or for the checking account, it’s fine to see the current balance in real time, but having a “pending balance” or “pending deductions” would be great. That way clients can tell, at a quick glance what they’re looking at instead of opening each individual account… I hope this makes sense. While the old app wasn't perfect it makes this one look so substandard. IMHO it appears that no end users were involved in design or review of this product Considering how much money LAPFCU has under its control whatever they spent was a true waste of members funds. The people who work at the credit union are great. It's obvious they're struggling with this too. This had to be done by an outside vendor that doesnt get who there audience is. If it was developed in house OH my god. Unfortunately were stuck with it. They should've used whoever NFCU used to develop their site. What was wrong with the old app??? Don’t fix stuff that isn’t broken.
