### 1/5 — Cette application ne fonctionne plus en analyse

*2022-08-15*

Merci!!!

**Developer response:** Hi. Thanks for the feedback. Please email me at the support address in the app and I can sort your issues out. Thanks!

### 2/5 — Not great for indoor tracks

*2025-06-15*

This app is only okay for those who run on an indoor track where gps struggle to measure distance. It would be a great app if they made a few small upgrades:
1) Allow users to enter the exact distance for an indoor track. Many gyms have indoor tracks of varying lengths. It would be nice to be able to enter a custom distance. Or even if on a standard sized track, sometimes locations prefer that joggers use the outside lane. It would be nice to be able to record the distance of the other lanes.
2) Place the pause and finish buttons on the same screen as the lap button. The lap counter works well, but you have to swipe to a different screen to pause or finish the run. This is hard to do when your phone is in an armband or in a pouch on your waist, etc. This seems like an unnecessary step.
3) Allow users to plan the number of laps they want to run. For example, I may want to run 20 laps on an indoor track. It would be nice if I could indicate that before I start and then each time I complete a lap it would tell me how many laps remain.
4) Display on the screen how many laps the user has completed. Sure, audio prompts are helpful, but sometimes it is nice to get a visual reminder as well in case I get lost in thought while listening to a podcast.

I think most indoor runners would be willing to pay a little extra for these added features. As of now, this app is little more than a click counter for those who run on an indoor track. We these upgrades, it could be a great app.

### 3/5 — Support email bouncing

*2023-08-07*

Website works. Email to support@ or contact@ is bouncing.

Would have given 5 stars but can’t get help for my query.

How do I turn off map or indicate I’m on treadmill or running indoors?

### 3/5 — Doesn’t work well on AWS2 38mm

*2020-02-08*

The screen is buggy on my watch. The lap button is below the screen on my watch and I’m not able to push it easily. Because of that I also couldn’t end the run easily either. Also like previous reviewer said, I’d like to change the units. I was looking for a lap counter for my indoor track runs this winter. This isn’t the app for that.

**Developer response:** Hi

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll take a look at the 38mm issue.

The latest release now has both miles and kilometres.

Thanks!

### 4/5 — Will Update my review once I try it

*2020-02-03*

Will Update my review my
Only suggestion is giving the ability to change the units of measurement to miles or meters as options too.

**Developer response:** Hi

thanks for taking the time to give LapTrak a try.

I plan on adding alternative units in the next release.

Thanks
Rich

### 5/5 — Just what I’ve been looking for.

*2020-04-02*

Love my iwatch but love to train at the track and record my splits. With this app now I can fantastic. Thanks.
