The server response times are so horrendous that I had to ask if “Lara” was still there multiple times after several minutes. It’s like nobody over at Match Group has even dogfooded this product before setting it live. Every single match, with the exception of one, has been from there. And apparently, I am only allowed one match every week? They ask me “I have a prospect but what music do you like?” I said a very broad answer (I like all music) and they say “sorry actually no prospects”. Alright…maybe they’re just picky.. then they ask outright “are you free this weekend?” I say yes and they say sorry no match ._. They ask tons of questions for info and when I ask what they show about me in the intros it “can’t tell me that info.” How is it that there’s never a match but they need to suddenly know more to “narrow further”. Zero transparency, I’ll ask if they are showing me to the other person and if matches work by a mutual yes and it “can’t tell me”.
