Set up was simple n stress free. It’s was reasonably priced, awesome performance,functionality and durability.. PLEASE DON’T CHANGE!! ** IF IT AIN’T BROKE ,DON’T TRY TO FIX IT OR UPGRADE IT TO INCREASE REVUE N DESTROY SIMPLICITY & RELIABILITY.** ### 2/5 — Cloud video stopped working *2024-06-27, version 1.3.9* Just in the past week my VAS cloud videos stopped working. It was working fine for over two years and just stopped. I reinstalled the app (latest version), restarted the phone, and just keep getting “failed to retrieve steaming video”. I paid for a subscription and no one responds to support messages or feedback. I’ll update this review if someone helps me get it working again. Such a waste. ### 1/5 — USED to be awesome *2021-11-07, version 1.3.9* For some reason when I open the app it will only show 2 seconds of video then freezes. That’s whether I am watching live or trying to watch recordings! This app is getting worse and worse!!! ### 1/5 — Cameras won’t stay online *2021-10-14, version 1.3.9* For more reliable remote viewing I had to pair these cameras with remote control plugs that I can turn off and on remotely to reboot the cameras. Even then, they sometimes won’t come online the first time. I do wish there were some fine movement control of reviewing recorded events. I’d really like to know what hardware the LARKKEY app supports. Is it only the security camera I bought?
