## What is Larping?

Scroll the reels. Watch a world open on film. Start playing without leaving the feed.

Larping is the home for chat-driven AI games. Each game is a hand-tuned world with its own voice, pace, rules, and opening hook. An AI plays every NPC, narrates every scene, and remembers every choice you make. No script. No branching tree. The AI improvises against the world's rules, which means the same game runs differently every single time you play it.

== NEW: THE REELS FEED ==
The app opens on Reels: a full-screen feed of cinematic intro films, one per game. Swipe through them like you scroll anything else, and when a world grabs you, tap Start playing right from the film. Unwatched intros come first and the feed reshuffles daily.

== AI GAMES TO PLAY RIGHT NOW ==

Night Shift: 22:00 to 06:00, alone at a gas station off Highway 38. Most customers are real people. Some aren't. The manual covers most of it. Survive until dawn.

The Broker: $10,000 in a shoebox and a phone with one contact. Buy and flip anything: real estate, art, crypto, businesses, favors. Every contact has an angle. How dirty are you willing to play?

Villa: You're the season's first bombshell, walking into a reality show where five couples are already locked in. Recouplings, challenges, and a public vote every week. The nation is deciding what kind of person you are.

One Life: Name any life. A fisherman in 1890s Portugal, a session musician in 1974 LA, yourself but braver. The world assembles around your answer and runs it forward, day by day, until it ends.

Cold Case Unit: One detective, one flooded basement, four decades of files nobody was supposed to reopen. Every case can be solved. Somebody upstairs would rather you didn't.

Relegation: Nineteen, fresh out of the academy, and your club is six points from the drop. The manager just told you you're starting Saturday.

Null Rank: You wake on a morgue slab in Busan with a System nobody else can see and a heartbeat you aren't supposed to have. Start at Tier 7. Climb, or disappear again.

...and new AI games drop every week, across twelve genres: horror, mystery, crime, romance, life sim, sports, fantasy, sci-fi, RPG, strategy, survival, and historical. Every game shows its pace up front, slow-burn or fast, so you can pick by mood, not just genre. A 30-second taste quiz matches you to your first game.

== VISUAL MODE: YOUR STORY PAINTS ITSELF ==
Flip Visual mode on and every turn generates a fresh scene as you play. The gas station looks like the gas station, Busan looks like Busan. Tuned per game, so every world keeps its own look.

== STAKES THAT STICK ==
Most AI games are autocomplete pretending to be a story. Larping tracks real state: inventory, injuries, cash, followers, suspicion, relationships, reputation. Lie to a character on turn 3 and they'll remember it on turn 40. Burn a bridge and the game won't pretend it didn't happen.

== INFINITE REPLAYS ==
Speedrun the heist on Monday. Sabotage it on Tuesday. Talk the dragon out of eating you on Wednesday. The AI runs the world's rules and reacts to whatever you actually do. Drop in for ten minutes or disappear for an hour.

== VISUALIZE AND ANIMATE KEY MOMENTS ==
Tap any narrator reply to generate an image of the moment, or animate it as a short video with sound. Quick drafts for scene previews, cinematic 1080p for the moments you want to keep.

== BUILD YOUR OWN AI GAMES ==
Custom games are in the forge. Author your world bible, plug in a custom stat schema, write the opening hook. We run the table. Build on iOS or web, your games play on both.

== FREE TO PLAY, FREE TO BROWSE ==
The full catalog is free to start. No paywall blocking you from trying any game.

== OPTIONAL BASIC PLAN ==
Unlimited Pro chat, never downgraded. Improved memory across longer adventures. Plus 250 tokens every month for images and video.

Scroll the reels. Make your first move.
