What you learn, is valuable. I can confidently say that. The explanations are clear and sometimes “zero” moves way too fast for a beginner, but overall it is presented clearly and professionally per the videos. I have enjoyed what I’ve learned so far and will complete the programs and memorize them over time.

If you have any issues with the app/site or need clarity on what the tiers offer, you may need to wait some time for a response. I do hope this gets updated in the near future as some of the plan tier language gives for a broad interpretation. Otherwise, I have found value in my Plan 2 subscription.

I have enjoyed what I’ve learned so far and will complete the programs and memorize them, but so that I never have to use this app or site again.

Customer service? Clarity in what you’re paying for? The ability to see what you’re getting in each of the 3 tiers? Horrible. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for over 7 weeks now for assistance. The plan tiers are not clearly described nor is there a way to find out about the events you can get discounts from. Nor the livestreams you’re paying for. You pay for things you can’t get.
