Your history comes with you, and your team starts replying together in minutes. A REAL SHARED INBOX • Every conversation in one place, live for the whole team • Assign a chat to an agent so everyone knows whose job it is • Labels, filters and search across your entire history • See at a glance which chats are still waiting on a reply BUILT FOR SPEED • Messages, photos, videos, documents, voice notes and locations • Reply straight from a notification without opening the app • Works offline — anything you send goes out the moment you're back • Search any message, jump to it instantly VOICE NOTES DONE PROPERLY • Hold to record, slide to cancel, slide up for hands-free • Clean, compact audio that sends fast on any connection • Play a chat's voice notes back to back CALLS • Call a customer with a simple link — no app for them to install • Voice and video, peer-to-peer and encrypted • Message a customer mid-call without hanging up • A full call history for the whole team RUN YOUR TEAM • Invite teammates and set exactly what each one can do: view full phone numbers, send text, media or voice, make calls • Permission changes reach agents immediately • Assign tasks with due dates and urgency, and watch them get completed • Send an announcement to everyone and see who has read it • Private team group chats alongside customer conversations AI THAT SAVES REAL TIME • Customer memory: a short brief on who this customer is and what you owe them, before you reply • Translate incoming messages and draft replies • Automatic replies for keywords, welcome messages and after-hours YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Phone numbers can be masked from agents who shouldn't see them • Permissions are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the app • Deleting a workspace or account waits 8 hours and emails you first, so it can always be cancelled • Control what downloads on mobile data and free up space whenever you like WHO IT'S FOR Travel agencies, clinics, real estate, e-commerce, logistics, education — any business where several people answer customers on one WhatsApp number. REQUIREMENTS Lasani requires a WhatsApp Business account to connect your number. You can explore the whole app in demo mode first, with no account needed. Announcements • Admins can broadcast an announcement with a photo to the whole team. Agents see it the moment it arrives, and you can see exactly who has read it. Voice messages • Hold the mic to record, slide left to cancel, slide up to lock for hands-free recording. • The screen no longer sleeps mid-recording, so long voice notes can't be cut off. • Voice notes now play one after another, like WhatsApp. Photos & videos • Tap a photo and it grows out of the bubble; swipe left or right to move through a chat's media. • Storage and data settings: choose what downloads on mobile data, set a storage limit, and free up space in one tap. • Downloads and uploads now continue when you lock your phone or switch apps. Calls • Redesigned call screen with a cleaner control layout. • Message a customer without hanging up — the call shrinks to a bar you tap to return to. • On video calls the controls fade away so you can see the picture; tap once to bring them back. Team & security • Permission changes reach agents immediately, with a clear notice they confirm. • Workspace and account deletion now waits 8 hours and emails you first, so an unwanted deletion can always be cancelled. Speed & fixes • Much smoother scrolling inside conversations, especially long ones. • Instant tab switching. • Fixed voice notes that could silently fail to send. • Fixed the wrong name appearing in Settings and on call invitations. • Fixed customer memory failing to generate on busy chats. ### 2.0.2 — 2026-08-05 A complete redesign, plus the fastest, most reliable Lasani yet. NEW LOOK • Clean, business-grade design across every screen — clearer type, calmer colours, no clutter • Redesigned chat bubbles with timestamps and read receipts that are actually easy to read • New tab bar, and instant switching between Chats, Team and Settings CALLS • Far more reliable connections, with proper ringing, connected and ended states • Calls keep running when you minimise them • You can now see when the customer has muted • Finished calls appear in the chat with their duration CONNECTING YOUR NUMBER • Coexistence is here: keep chatting from the WhatsApp Business app on your phone while your team replies from Lasani — with up to 6 months of past chats imported automatically • Connect from your computer using a short code — no more blocked pop-ups • New in-app help explaining Meta's setup errors in plain English FASTER & STEADIER • Smoother scrolling and quicker loading in the inbox • Messages update their delivered and read status reliably • New contact avatars, sharper media, and dozens of smaller fixes ### 2.0.1 — 2026-07-23 Fix Inviting member and and brand new calling system ### 2.0.0 — 2026-07-08 - Beautiful new blue design and smoother animations - Faster chats and inbox — instant opening, no freezing - New human profile avatars - Create a workspace and invite your team in-app - Connect your WhatsApp number (with Coexistence support) - Assign chats, auto-assign, private & shared notes, pinning - Polish and stability improvements throughout ### 1.0.3 — 2026-07-04 Fix the audio message bugs and ui improvement ## Apps similar to Lasani | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Tertiary Planner](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/tertiary-planner/id6785397240) | — | Free | Productivity | | [ESS Online](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/ess-online/id6748372603) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Alf by Spaceship](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/alf-by-spaceship/id6737549639) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Enfluenso](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/enfluenso/id1605918527) | — | Free | Productivity | | [Tasks - To Do Lists & Reminder](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/tasks-to-do-lists-and-reminder/id1502903102) | 4.6 (1,908) | Free | Productivity | | [PAKISTAN Online E-Services](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/pakistan-online-e-services/id6443672820) | 1.0 (1) | Free | Productivity | ## More apps by REHMAN ALI - [TravelDocx](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/traveldocx/id6761312264) All apps by REHMAN ALI: https://appshunter.io/developer/1850362741 --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
