We have already one mysweety in one location and purchased another one to use in a different location. After scanning the bar code with our iPad the first time everything worked great. This second machine when we scanned the barcode the Bluetooth does not find the laser machine. We are using a different iPad for each machine. PLEASE HELP

Just trying to install the driver of the laser engraver doesn’t work. Software not loaded on USB drive that comes with the packaging.

現在のところ数回触った程度ですが、デフォルトの画像もテキストファイルもちゃんと刻印できました。
アプリからのテキスト挿入ですが、ライトモードにするとテキスト挿入ボックスがわかりやすくなるかと思います。
製品添付の説明書にも記載はありますが、プレビュー画面の下にテキスト挿入ボックスがあるのでそこに文字を入力してからテキスト挿入ボタンをタップすると文字が入ります。
