Difficult to book an appointment with multiple treatment area. It can’t show me how many sessions are available from my package. Upcoming appointments don’t show details of treatment area. “LHR, LHR, LHR” doesn’t tell me anything when I am booking multiple sessions a few weeks out. Make it easy for me to use my packages. ### 2/5 — Just call, don’t bother with app *2026-04-15, version 1.50.11* The app has been so unreliable. While it looks nice and navigates smoothly, it is not trustworthy. The chatbot will convince you that it has helped schedule or cancel an appointment, but it does not work. I have shown up to a made up appointment because it assured me it had been confirmed. My fault for trusting a bot. The app will also let you schedule services that are not even available. So have fun when you get to your appointment and they let you know they do not offer a certain service. No one bothered to call or email me to let me know during the two weeks the appointment had been booked. Not my fault. It’s the most inconvenient and illogical thing I’ve ever seen. Why would you have September 16 then September 3, then September 21, then September 14 etc. The dates are all over the place so you have to scroll through to see if there’s a closer date than what you’re being shown. Isn’t it common sense to put the dates in order or just have a calendar so customers can click on a date to see what times are available. It’s been like that on the app ever since I started using it a while ago & I would’ve thought someone would have fixed that by now. Secondly, when attempting to make a Botox appointment, a pop-up appears that I’m required to confirm by clicking at the bottom of the page. However, there is no button to click because it’s cut off the screen; there’s no way to access the button meaning I can’t even make an appointment. I’m not sure who’s in charge of the app’s design, but they need to be fired because this is the most worthless app ever. Have the people who designed this ever attempted to make an appointment with it? The button is still there to select chat, but no pop up comes up when trying to select it and open chat. It shows me clicking it, but will not populate the pop up. I can’t find any support, and there’s very little useful information available. You’re essentially locking in over $3,000 a year upfront with no interest or meaningful benefits in return. You give them money to for their personal invest. This should be illegal! There’s no way to track when you last visited, and updates on past treatments are delayed or incomplete. The overall quality feels poor for something positioned as a premium service. The “Chat with us” function lags or doesn’t work at all. Points through Resy are inconsistent or never show up, and logging in is unreliable. Overall, the experience feels outdated and frustrating. ### 1/5 — Hard to Book *2026-05-06, version 1.51.0* The app is terrible for booking appointments which is really the 1 thing it should be good at. It does not show full calendar of availability, only a few days a month away and a few times for each. You can’t scroll or pick specific dates from a calendar. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and step by step. I originally visited the LaserAway at La Cantera. The ladies there were super nice, but the location was a little far from me. Then they opened the Quarry location—OMG, what a difference! The team there is incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. They also made sure to tell me about all the current promotions and discounts. I especially want to give a 10/10 recommendation to Ryan, my laser technician! She made me feel completely comfortable, was very informative, and talked me through the entire process. The staff are always understanding and accommodating. This I know for a fact because there have been multiple occasions that due to logistics, I’ve been unable to keep my appointments. Either I’ve been allowed to cancel and/or reschedule without issues. Because these issues are often beyond my control, I appreciate the team working with me. I have NO DESIRE to visit any other location at the moment.
