I download the app. It works. Next day, I open it and everything is different, like an update has been installed. However, it doesn’t allow me to download anything, open anything, or use any of my work in a meaningful way. But oh boy! I can sign in! Yippee! I come back to it the next day without having touched it since then. It works and looks how it did prior! This makes absolutely no sense. I try to submit the forms that I was using. They are now lost somewhere in space because the app crashed. I was then instructed to delete it and redownload to fix all these problems. Guess what? Nothing is fixed and it looks like the unusable “updated” version. So awesome. I love being forced to use an app and have it be so dysfunctional that I waste an unbelievable amount of my work day trying to fix it. Unacceptable ### 2/5 — Terrible Login Experience *2024-01-30, version 2023.12.04* The login experience is clunky and not very clean as far as mobile apps go. Login with FaceID works the first time you set it up then I keep getting errors after that saying that I changed my login information. ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-05-16, version 2023.5.4* Unstable, camera becomes slow to respond Constant errors. The “remember me” function doesn’t work, causing you to have to input your username and password every single time you open the app. ### 4/5 — Our Go To App *2021-07-16, version 2021.6.29* This has become the central app for our SMB, and Rio has more than paid for itself in saved staff time.
