Navigation is odd, can’t get to your cart by clicking on Cart or my Bag. No logic to the browsing. Sorry but had to say it when I’ve spent 20 minutes trying to edit my cart and the review request pops up. ### 2/5 — Used to love *2025-12-30, version 3.0.66* The bond is not the same you won’t get more than one night out of them. I found ones on Amazon for $10 that last at least two days and that’s during sleep and nothing came off fall for it until they really actually figure it out and stop bullying people online who bring up the fact that these lashes are not working as good as they used to. ### 2/5 — Subscription *2025-12-12* I have been using Lashify lashes for almost three years. Love them. I have also been a subscriber. It USED TO BE so easy to swap things in and out of my monthly box. Now, it’s so difficult to JUST ADD a product to my box. I don’t understand the changes in access to our subscription boxes. Also, the Member X membership, why aren’t the memberships in tiers, offering certain products, or extra products each month (for example), instead of requiring a separate membership for access to certain specials. The lashes are GREAT. This subscription thing is very confusing, not user friendly. ### 2/5 — Great product, awful app *2025-11-18, version 3.0.66* I’ve been using this product for years and won’t use anything else. These are THE lashes. That being said, this app is a terrible user experience. It’s glitchy, slow and hard to navigate. I’ve never been able to update my subscription without contacting the support team. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and no improvement. I have been using it for years and it doesn’t last like it did. I have the 10 and the 12. I received a dried up bonding set but they did send a replacement which I appreciated. I received a second one by mistake so now have to figure out how to return. These are much more difficult to place that quoted even with practice. I spent a lot of money for these and had hoped to use these indefinitely as I no longer have the long thick lashes I did when I was young. Very disappointed on the product and the money I feel I wasted. You honestly can’t tell they aren’t your real lashes. Also could never get the corner to stay down. I was nervous to try lashify until a coworker told me about it. Not gonna lie it’s so easy! It takes time to do it but once done they are set! I’ve gotten a good solid week with them holding. I don’t need to go longer because I like to take a break over the weekend if I’m not going out! I will never go back to band lashes. Also I tried a cheaper brand and they irritated my eyes.
