I can view everyone else’s schedules on the web desktop version but not being able to see it on mobile is obnoxious. Please. ### 1/5 — Ugly *2025-04-24, version 1.0.27* I’ve been using the original version for years now and I hate this upgrade. The UI is ugly and annoying to navigate. Now I’m forced to use this version because of the original shutting down. ### 1/5 — Finding docs is impossible *2025-01-06, version 1.0.23* Supposedly I have documentation for previous jobs, like paystubs and tax docs. It doesn’t sync to your calendar, the light font is hard to see unless your in dark mode, and while it looks nice the new features are hard to navigate. The old app was so much better. The majority of our staff has reverted to the old app as they do not like this one. ### 1/5 — Crew info and positions no longer visable *2023-11-21, version 1.0.4* It is a standard requirement of an app that claims to support freelancer connections to have crew info and positions available on the daily roster. This was a feature that was highly used on the previous app by crew and NEEDS to get carried over to this new app. WHY was this left off ?!?!?! going back to the OLD app! can you rate with less than 1 star ?!? ### 1/5 — Nope *2023-11-20* Horrible new app. It does not sync with my calendar like the old one, which is a big negative with me and my coworkers. The new look is okay, but harder to read for those of us who have bad eyes. I personally can only see what is written in dark mode. It’s very annoying to navigate, the old one was much simpler. I have redownloaded the old app (as have every supervisor and coworker I have spoke to at my job) and will continue to use it until it stops. Hopefully by then, the developers will have made big changes to this app or my company moves to another one. **Developer response:** Hi there, we are disappointed to hear you are unhappy with the app. I can confirm that calendar sync does exist with this app, are you still having issues? Can’t log into my account. Please fix this ### 1/5 — Clocking in never works the first time *2026-04-28, version 1.1.10* Everytime I go to clock in on a gig I have to go back and do it again. Makes something simple complicated. I have to delete and redownload the app every time I submit a time card. ### 1/5 — Not written by Free Lancers *2025-08-25, version 1.1.0* It’s obvious that the app was not written by people doing per diem work. It takes way too many steps to find out where and when the call is. You also wait forever to be confirmed, making scheduling other jobs difficult. Calls also disappear without notice: is it gone? Was it filled by others? There are better crewing solutions out there. ### 1/5 — So bad *2025-07-19, version 1.0.28* The old app is much easier to navigate. We get 50 shifts to sift through and the new app will make you click each one to open it. My calendar always gets unsubscribed too. There are so many enhanced features that provide so many benefits to keep me organized. I highly recommended! ### 2/5 — Why the change? *2026-02-02, version 1.1.8* Hated several things about the Jan 2026 update. I miss the old format where I could flip and see all the events I was selected for in one spot. Got changed to this 7-day format which is extremely unhelpful if you’re in a field where the schedule is set months in advance. Also hate there is no notification when the employers upload new shifts nor is there modifications of said acceptance of shifts. Getting to be too cumbersome to be effective.
