Especially to get to higher levels. ### 2/5 — Rich tyrants and AI ruin the game *2026-07-23, version 26.0701.001* This game could be so much better if the developers actually listened with their ears instead of their wallets. I understand the game is here to make money for them but long term the player base quality is going to dilute due to the ability to annihilate every other player with PTW mechanics. Top spenders too often become the absolute tyrants of the servers they reside in, forcing other players out of not just any chance of Eden but many just leave the game. Their behaviour is completely ignored by reporting and the developers, even with screenshots of abusive chat due to the fact these awful humans line their pockets. It’s easy to turn a blind eye when there’s a lot of money involved. The reporting system is absolutely abysmal. Often they go without even being replied to be an actual human when you’re reporting serious issues. Everyday people can’t afford to compete with people spending a mortgage on this game. My account was accidentally deleted, and while a supervisor kindly approved the reactivation, the process appears to be stuck. My in-app support ticket has been showing "Processing" for 11 days, and my follow-up emails over the last two months haven't received a response. I have put a lot of time and effort into building up my account and really enjoy the game, so I just want to get back to playing. Could a member of the development or support team please check my ticket status and help me finalize the reactivation? Thank you. ### 1/5 — Last Fortress *2026-05-28, version 26.0501.001* Be careful support doesn’t help much especially when you purchase a package they scam your money and you don’t receive what you payed for and then they have rules which I wasn’t aware of that if you make a purchase and don’t receive your item in full and then make a complaint to Apple to get a refund they then lock you out of the game and say you broke the rules this is not fair you make a purchase and try to complain to them and they don’t even help you to get what is yours and push you away instead of solving the situation. Basically they left the line off the hook so that I can not submit any cases and they left my one case open with no solution. That’s how bad support has been. I put in hundreds of dollars to two accounts in this game. One account stopped working. Turns out the link to my email broke. That’s a developer thing with the code. I asked for help. I’d like to know how the heck I am stuck in a server 45 when I logged on yesterday, we had made the transition from 45 to 219 just fine but then I got dropped and stuck in 45 and I’m not sure how it has no issue with how many zone passes I have.
