I love games like this. It is a nice game up to a point. Then you realize some of the fine print. One example is the store purchases are false advertisement. I bought a character upgrade that promised my character would be a certain level of power and it was not. I feel like i was scammed. Nevertheless, the game is nice graphics and simple game play. I will still play, but will never spend another dime on this game again. 
P.S. 
One of your special character upgrade packages is broken. Its the one with Rose. Good luck with your company and games you produce, but make sure what your store says people purchase that they receive it or you might get sued for false advertisement.

I really want to like this game. The gameplay is very similar to the popular and sorely missed “DragonSoul”, but with a completely different and very cool aesthetic. 
Paying a bit helps, but isn’t exactly necessary.
Sometimes updates for iOS lag for a day or so.
But something has occurred recently that forces the negative review. A paid for gameplay rewards program isn’t providing rewards. Obviously, when money is wasted on a game, it’s a very big deal. 
Now, for any other gaming app, I would simply report the issue using an in game “help” system. If such a method were available and issues were acknowledged and addressed, all would be well...

Alas, Last Hero: Zombie State Survival seems to lack any ability for players to interact with developers. In fact, besides a single ancient looking Outlook email address, this seems to be the only avenue of communication. 

So I strongly recommend that a method of in game help tab be implemented ASAP. You simply MUST have some method for ongoing feedback; otherwise you will lose at least one regularly paying customer and most likely many more. 

I’m asking as a fan of the game, please address these issues! Once that happens, I will return with a glowing 5 star rating. I really want to guys, but I am about to walk away from a game that I enjoy and support.

Cheating is Rampant and the Developers do not block the ability for people to cheat. Honest players fight not only the hordes of cheaters, but they fight against the Developers who do not play the game and do not know when they over calibrate the NPCs to be far too difficult for the advanced players (let alone the average player). 

The inability of the Developers to understand the frustrations of the Players and work with them, makes the players feel they have been abandoned. We get no helpful updates. And bugs in the combat system makes some NPC teams extremely difficult to beat. The Developers don’t play the game so they don’t see all the bugs we players face every day and work around.

Endless Battlefield is one example. It used to work perfectly in previous versions, then after an update the players could no longer heal or revive themselves after rounds like they could before. Players can still earn healing packs but they can’t use them in Endless Battlefield. I have made over 10 complaints about this and the Developers day there is no problem. But yet, they’ve now scaled the NPCs to be stronger than the Player, and you have to face 12 rounds of this 🤦🏻‍♂️

The owners do nothing to advertise to get new players and people just keep quitting. The difficulty is, some things in the game require guilds to achieve, so the dwindling player population hurts all players.

People continue to quit left and right because the Developers don’t list to the players. I am on the verge of quitting myself. It’s completely frustrating.

I love this game, but when they did their newest update the app stopped working. Unable to install new version because the app is no longer available in my country? I live in the USA! I’m I the only one having this issue? Very sad now

This game is diverse, lots of content, gameplay modes and heores to chose from, it's free to play friendly and game has various events that you can participate in.

Game works good and is fun for about 15min then it starts bugging out and you can’t get any of the touch screen stuff to work properly.  Only way to fix it is to close the game down and load it back up again and that’s not fun if you have to do that every 15min of play time..  if they could fix that in the game and maybe add some more ways to earn a little more rewards this would be a pretty good game.  

Edit.... after update game seems to be working good now I am enjoying the game fun so far...  just needs maybe some rewards to help out free to play players

I downloaded this game earlier today after almost passing on it due to the 3 star rating and I’m not disappointed. Love the art style and gameplay has been pretty interesting. Not really sure why it has such a low rating but after about 5 hours of gameplay I’ve been pretty happy with the game!

Seems like a good game but I started to try the game but it wouldn’t let me on for a while and then did, but would stop letting me do things off and on and so I left the game to try again and now it isn’t letting me back in. I just downloaded the game today so it should be up to date. And this happened after I spend money buying something on it so I’m afraid I wasted that money.
