## Newest reviews (4 of 18)

### 1/5 — Unstable/Crashes

*2021-06-25, version 9.1*

Literally the most unstable app I’ve ever used.

### 1/5 — I want to love it but it is terrible

*2021-06-03, version 8.1*

I don’t know which developers you have hired to build this but it is embarrassing.
Consider a new tech team.

### 1/5 — This app is bad

*2021-04-29, version 2.1*

I can’t pay fees on it and the design is so clunky and unintuitive

### 1/5 — Literally unusable

*2021-04-19, version 2.1*

Difficult to login to. Then when you eventually get in it crashes and boots you out. Terrible app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Shameful

*2025-08-06, version 31*

It’s a shame that LMS pretends it wants to compete against other cricket clubs and competitions but half bakes its app functionality which is a large part of what it used to sell as its innovation. LMS in Sydney has been around for nearly a decade and in all this time they can’t organise an app, yet other t20 comps now have video live streaming and integrated into the scorecard

### 1/5 — Poor update

*2024-10-22, version 31*

Can’t see the stats after last update

### 1/5 — Really?

*2024-09-07, version 31*

How on earth did you possibly make the app worse?

### 1/5 — Can’t access anything

*2024-09-03, version 31*

Can’t access stats like the website.

After the last update all you can see is the LMS shop.

### 1/5 — Update

*2024-08-09, version 30*

Just updated the app and it’s worse than before. Now I can’t do anything on the app. Below average

### 1/5 — Good data but terrible app

*2024-07-03, version 29*

Once you can get to the data you want to see it’s great, but this is such a bad app! Please invest a bit more in UX and compute/processing speed.

### 1/5 — App

*2024-04-15, version 29*

App keeps crashing

### 1/5 — A horrible experience

*2022-12-04, version 29*

Considering how much money these guys siphon from players rail hail or shine, you’d think they’d at least put a bit of effort into supporting the players with an easy, navigable experience.

Failing the basics of IT ain’t ever gonna do well for your brand and I can’t say I’m overly surprised.

### 1/5 — Perhaps the worst app I have ever used

*2022-04-26, version 22*

Considering the amount of money paid each week to play - the app feels like it’s about £10 spent on it and then they gave up. Shocking.

### 1/5 — Updates are worse

*2022-04-26, version 22*

Can’t get past login screen in new updates.

Error: value cannot be null. Parameter name: value

Using same login credentials as website which works fine

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Fun cricket

*2023-09-10, version 29*

Gordo sent a 6 off the first ball of the season but sadly we lost horrifically but yk we had fun and that’s all that matters!!!!

### 3/5 — Fix the bug

*2022-05-23, version 21.0*

Edit profile:- keyboard doesnt go away
Can’t save/update profile info.

### 3/5 — Stats galore

*2021-06-05, version 9.1*

App is a little tough to navigate, but when you get going it’s a dream. Stats galore.

### 2/5 — Not obvious how to use - needs work

*2022-06-09, version 21.0*

Can't change teams or view up coming fixtures for other clubs or areas. I live in an area (Norfolk, UK) which has apparently has a team but nothing appears to ever exiat and there is no search feature. The overall UI of this app feels much like a student project at the moment. Very clunky and not very intuitive. Having a look at play cricket would be useful.
