## What is Last Minute Manager?

Management rarely gives you much warning.

Last Minute Manager helps you prepare for the conversations that have a habit of arriving before you feel quite ready for them.

Choose a common management situation, think through what you'd actually say, and get concise AI-powered coaching on your response.

Practise conversations around feedback, performance, conflict, delegation, boundaries and other everyday management moments, without sitting through another training course.

How it works

• Pick a situation you're facing
• Write what you're thinking of saying
• Get practical feedback in seconds
• See a better way to approach it
• Keep your previous practice sessions for later

The focus is deliberately narrow: helping managers communicate more effectively when a real conversation is coming up.

No management theory marathon. No inspirational quotes. Just a useful second opinion before you have to say it out loud.

Last Minute Manager is a communication practice tool and does not provide legal, HR, medical or employment advice.
