## What is Lastlight?

Drink less, without quitting.

Lastlight is for people who drink every evening and want to cut back.
Not by quitting, but by having days without a drink, and a limit on the days you do.

■ Plan your rest days and your limit
Pick the weekdays you won't drink, and a limit for the others, like "two cans".
Change today's plan in the morning if you need to.

■ A reminder before you buy
At the time you choose, you get today's plan: "Rest day" or "Up to one can".

■ Log what you drank, in grams of alcohol
Pick from eight common drinks and count them. Lastlight converts them to grams of
pure alcohol, the same way Japan's Ministry of Health guidelines do.

■ Look back by week and by month
Rest days and grams this week, next to last week. A calendar for each month.
No streaks. A drinking day never sends anything back to zero.

■ When you want a drink, wait 15 minutes
Things to do instead, and a reminder after 15 minutes so you decide with a clearer head.

■ Your logs stay on this phone
No account, no email, no phone number. Nothing is uploaded.

■ Safety
Stopping suddenly after daily heavy drinking can cause shaking, seizures or hallucinations,
and those can be life-threatening. Talk to a doctor before you change how much you drink.
Lastlight is not medical treatment and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

■ Pricing
Lastlight requires a subscription (the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial).
It renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least
24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel anytime in your Apple settings.
We never bill you outside of Apple.
