I only found out when I logged into my account and saw the order status changed to "Cancelled." This left me extremely confused and disappointed, especially since my booking was supposed to be non-refundable. I tried contacting customer service to resolve the issue, but the process was very cumbersome, and the support team didn’t provide a clear explanation or solution. As a travel booking platform, Lastminute AU clearly has serious issues with order management and customer communication. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Lastminute AU. Not only did it waste my time, but it also left me in a difficult situation with my travel plans.
