Je suis parti avec last minute en avril en Crète, tout était combiné et très rentable. Au niveau tarif pareil, je suis parti pour un week-end à Majorque, vol plus hôtel et franchement je recommande à 100 % une large Gamme d’hôtel. et des prix très intéressant pour tout budget.

Beware when booking a holiday with these rip-off merchants. They made a mistake on my booking, then charged me £50 to correct it, even though I was told by customer support that I wouldn’t be charged

Seit mittlerweile drei Wochen kämpfen wir darum, die falsch gebuchten Tickets zu stornieren. In dieser Zeit haben wir zahlreiche Telefonate geführt und wiederholt den Kundenservice kontaktiert – jedoch ohne eine angemessene Unterstützung zu erhalten.

Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass mehrere Gespräche plötzlich mitten im Telefonat beendet wurden, bevor unser Anliegen geklärt werden konnte. Zudem war die Kommunikation häufig sehr schwierig, da die Deutschkenntnisse der Ansprechpartner teilweise unzureichend waren. Auch die Mitarbeiter im Chat konnten weder hilfreiche Auskünfte geben noch eine Lösung anbieten.

Insgesamt haben wir den Eindruck, dass Kundenanliegen nicht ernst genommen werden und die Verantwortung konsequent auf andere Stellen abgeschoben wird. Ein derart schlechter Kundenservice ist für uns nicht akzeptabel. Nach diesen Erfahrungen können wir Ihren Service leider nicht als seriös und kundenfreundlich bezeichnen und würden anderen Reisenden von einer Buchung über Ihre Plattform eher abraten.

Very disappointing experience with lastminute.com.

I booked a trip and started requesting cancellation at 8am the next morning due to an urgent family matter, even before I received full confirmation of the booking. Despite acting quickly, I was given completely conflicting information by multiple agents.

One agent told me only the hotel was non-refundable, while another later said the entire booking is non-refundable. This inconsistency is extremely frustrating and misleading.

Additionally, agents repeatedly ended the chat without properly resolving my issue, leaving me without clear answers or support.

I was also sent a quotation with no proper breakdown, and insurance documents that do not include the names of the insured passengers, making it impossible to verify whether the policy actually applies to me.

This lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of a time-sensitive request is unacceptable. Customers should be able to rely on accurate information, especially when they act promptly.
After you paid no one will care about you matters.

I would not recommend using this service based on my experience.

I recently made a hotel booking through your website (booking total: £916.70), and shortly afterwards I noticed that the exact same room—same dates, room type, and conditions—is now being offered at a significantly lower price (£780 total).

I understand that prices can fluctuate, however as this booking was made very recently, I wanted to ask whether you would be able to offer a price adjustment, partial refund, or account credit to reflect the current rate.

The difference of approximately £136 is quite substantial, and I would really appreciate any assistance you can provide as a gesture of goodwill.

Please let me know if you need any further details from my side.
