Sports betting is still so new and rapidly growing that most people don’t even realize they have a problem, love that there’s finally a community being built around helping people

I was one of the first people to be on the beta and now a full subscriber and all I can say is wow. Was wayyyyy too deep and couldn’t get out. This app changed my outlook and made me completely lock in. The daily check-ins were very self reflective and I used the affirmations a ton. thank you!!!

Sports betting has become an increasing problem for me and the people around me. As an avid sports fan, it’s hard to avoid—there are triggers every time I turn on a game.

This app does a great job of recognizing the issue and has really helped me work through it. It’s simple, easy to use, and I especially appreciate the mindfulness resources and words of encouragement when I’m feeling tempted
