### 2/5 — Offline Mode Request

*2026-08-19, version 6.57.0*

I have been a looong time user of Lastpass and I am just now realizing that I cant add passwords when the internet is out. I live in rural WV and from time to time we have internet outages. There should be some offline password management available to me. Don't continue the trend of consumers depending on the Internet!

### 4/5 — Generally good

*2026-08-17, version 6.57.0*

Face ID is great. Can be a little confusing at first.

### 5/5 — Last Pass

*2026-08-07, version 6.56.0*

Great App

### 5/5 — Genius

*2026-08-05, version 6.56.0*

It saves time and effort and keeps secure

### 5/5 — Best APP ever!

*2026-08-04, version 6.56.0*

This is by far the most useful app I have! It’s so hard these days to remember everything and I have found this app to be very safe and reliable for me. It’s also extremely user-friendly which was very important to me when I was looking for a password app a couple years ago! Of all my apps, this is at the top of my list!

### 5/5 — Incredible

*2026-08-04, version 6.56.0*

Best password manager I’ve ever had hands down.

### 5/5 — Great

*2026-08-04, version 6.56.0*

I love how you can use it over different platforms. when you upgrade or change devices as long as you know the master password you can log in

### 1/5 — They make it difficult for you to recover your password.

*2026-08-04, version 6.56.0*

If you try to get help with resetting your password they won’t help you because you can’t login. There are better options. Don’t waste your time.

### 5/5 — Best online app I have yes they are the best password site that I know of

*2026-08-03, version 6.56.0*

Awesome thanks for the best

### 1/5 — Upset

*2026-08-02, version 6.56.0*

I have had my last pass what seems like forever at least 5 10 15 years
If I have a problem, logging in it’s a huge problem… getting back in is horrific and I’m sick and tired of trying to deal with it

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrible Support

*2026-08-19, version 6.57.0*

Run from this app. My old email tied to this app was canceled. I can’t get into my account to change from my old email, even though I have facial recognition set up, because it requires that they send a confirmation code to my now nonexistent email. I tried to find a contact number to see how to deal with changing my email since I can no longer access my old email. You can’t get to their support group without first getting into your account, which I can’t do without obtaining a verification code they are sending to my nonexistent email. I have tried sending an email to their sales department, which apparently is the only way to contact them. You can’t get a phone number to call. I have sent two separate emails to their sales group with no response. I have seen other comment on line trying to find how to deal with this name issue with no response from LastPass.

### 1/5 — Pretty bad

*2026-08-19, version 6.57.0*

Have used for years. I’ve now regularly been logged out, no face ID stored, forced to check email to get access, and the emails don’t send in a speedy fashion. Their competitors like Proton Pass are significantly better and easier to use. Very unfortunate. Even now, I can’t access my passwords and it says check my email but none are showing up.

### 1/5 — Worse than terrible

*2026-08-18, version 6.57.0*

Some apps you can just shrug off and not use if they aren’t working for you. But as a password “manager” this gets embedded within all your devices and if it doesn’t behave properly you are truly cooked, and you have invested heavily in it. I forever have timing issues with this, where it conflicts with the apple keychain so when I uodate a password, both apple and LastPass through up dialogs, but you have to answer apple first, and frequently I “lose” the LastPass so the password is not updated. Sync across devices is profoundly unreliable as I learned from my recent purchase of a new iPad. The first thing I configured was LastPass in the vain hope that it would copy all the info from the old iPad (I had already done an apple from old iPad to new iPad but I though I could also rely on the LastPass vault to maintain passwords across all devices)
I have had MANY instances of LastPass serving up an OLD/obsolete password and since I try to use high security passwords I am forced into a “forgot password” dialog (ironically) to reset, but LastPass often doesn’t pickup the new password, in the case at hand prompting this it even suggested I use the one-off verification code as the username!!
At the end of the day it is wholly unreliable, leaves me with no confidence and has been the source of continuous frustration. I am ripping it out of all my devices.

### 1/5 — Frustrating and not reliable

*2026-08-18, version 6.57.0*

The app has been getting worst and lately will not work with edge browser. It causes a lot of frustration even if you’re on a premium paid version. It’s not worth the frustration and time wasting to make it work.

### 1/5 — Locked out forever

*2026-08-13, version 6.57.0*

Do not use! Incredibly easy to be locked out of your account forever and no one in customer service can help you. I lost access to over 50 passwords and they allow me zero means to reset my password, access biometrically, etc. Nothing. Zero. They told me to reset my account and lose everything. Insane as it is perplexing. Use at your own risk.

### 1/5 — Works great until you have a problem - no support!!!

*2026-08-12, version 6.57.0*

I have used this pw manager for a few years now and it has worked great until I got a new phone. In the chaos I lost my master password so I have been locked out.

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - just a BOT.

Fortunately, on my own, I was able to get in using my old phone that thank goodness I had not erased and sent back to apple yet. If I had everything would be gone.

I am switching immediately.

### 1/5 — Not so user friendly

*2026-08-06, version 6.56.0*

Difficult to figure out how to add a site to vault manually

### 1/5 — Premium

*2026-08-06, version 6.56.0*

Sucks

### 1/5 — Password Reset

*2026-08-05, version 6.56.0*

I’ve tried to reset my master password but all that happens is I go around and around and you can never actually speak to a person for support. I enter my email and get sent an SMS code to enter but even after I’m validated, when I go back to reset or select ‘Forgot my Password’, I’m unable to actually create a new Master Password. I don’t know why I persist with LastPass because frankly it sucks!!!

### 1/5 — Lazy

*2026-08-05, version 6.56.0*

Used this for about eight years now and it was without doubt the leader however struggled with chrome extension and it not saving when I need it doing straight away often huge time delays between getting through the cloud saved on other peripherals so gone to another provider to test the water

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Passwords a nightmare

*2026-08-24, version 6.57.0*

Great to use this easy password manager

### 5/5 — Secure, passwords are a must

*2026-08-22, version 6.57.0*

Most password managers on phones are storing your passwords in clear text. Last past allows your passwords to follow you and keep secure. I’ve used it for years and have no complaints.

### 5/5 — Works well and adding helpful new features

*2026-08-21, version 6.57.0*

Having a password vault is a must. LastPass was one of the first and it’s still doing a great job for me after many years. I also appreciate that they are adding new features, like securely holding my credit card information and making it easy to use online.

### 5/5 — Great product

*2026-08-19, version 6.57.0*

My family has used LastPass for 8+years and it is easy to use and secure. I recommend this to anyone.

### 5/5 — Just keeps getting better

*2026-08-18, version 6.57.0*

Every week LastPass seems to require fewer and fewer actions on my behalf to autofill both websites and app logins. I love it more than ever.

### 5/5 — A decade of use

*2026-08-16, version 6.57.0*

Trusted for a decade

### 5/5 — There best

*2026-08-14, version 6.57.0*

I have been using LastPass everyday over 10 years... have tried the others

### 5/5 — For Over a Decade

*2026-08-12, version 6.57.0*

I’ve been using LastPass for more than 10 years. When I had to think about what to say as a review it felt like there wasn’t anything to say but I guess that’s the result of a very good product. It does what it says it’s gonna do, and it does it every time. It’s integrated into my phone, MacBook, and iPad. Makes my life so much easier. 20 out of 10 recommend.

### 5/5 — Cool

*2026-08-12, version 6.57.0*

Stuff

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-08-12, version 6.57.0*

Ive been using 1Password for 15 years and decided to give this s go. What a difference! I won’t be going back!
