אני נמצאת בארהב אך רציתי להשתמש באפליקציה ישראלית למרות שהאפליקציה לא זולה כלל, $33 דולר בחודש. 

האימונים מעולים, התפריט מגוון אבל האפליקציה מלאת באגים, אימונים נמחקים, היסטוריה לא נשמרת, אי אפשר לעקוב אחרי תהליך ההתקדמות האישית שלך בצורה הזאת. 

נתתי הזדמנות כמה חודשים אך לא חל שיפור.

ניסיתי לפנות לתמיכה מספר פעמים, איך קיבלתי תשובות קצרות ולא מספקות שלא נראה שאכפת להם מידי. 

חבל, לאפליקציה יש המון פוטניציאל, אך קודם כל יש לעבוד על השירות והתמיכה! זה א-ב.  

בסכום ששילמתי לאפליקציה הזאת יכלתי לעשות מנוי שנתי לLadder.
