You can’t access the app because the verification codes don’t get on time and when you enter again, you need to request another verification code. On top of that, you can’t buy any extra luggage. It takes forever and then it won’t let you process the payment. Even talking with a customer service representative takes forever and they will answer the call, but won’t talk. What a terrible service.

I paid to be able to change flight.  Spent 2 days and 6 hours.  Wanted to charge me 447$ to change flight.  Then charged me to change seats.  I had no choice so I paid.  I wish I could speak to a manager with Latam but???
