## What is Latch?

One task a day. Your distracting apps stay locked until it's done.

Most focus apps give you a timer and a dozen ways out. Latch gives you one rule.

Every midnight, the apps you choose are latched. Pick the one thing that matters today and lock it in. Finish it, and your apps open for the rest of the day.

HOW IT WORKS
- Choose the apps that steal your time
- Set the one thing that actually matters today
- Lock it in. No edits, no swaps
- Hold to complete. No shortcuts
- Your apps unlock for the rest of the day

WHY ONE TASK
A to-do list lets you feel busy while avoiding the thing that matters. One task removes that escape. You don't need motivation, just one thing done before you scroll.

SEE YOUR PROOF
- Twelve weeks of progress at a glance
- Current and best streaks
- Tasks completed and completion rate
- Full history of what you've done

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No account. No internet. Nothing leaves your phone. Export or back up your data anytime.

Latch uses Apple's Screen Time framework to block apps. Your app choices stay on your device.
