## What is Latch?

Latch is the all-in-one app for everyone who lives or works in a strata-managed building - residents, managers, concierges, and on-site staff. One login, one home screen, every task you used to chase across email, phone calls, and printed notices.

FOR RESIDENTS
- Book the gym, party room, guest suite, or service elevator in seconds.
- See real-time package alerts the moment your delivery is logged at the front desk.
- Submit service requests with photos. Track status from "received" to "fixed".
- Read every building notice in one feed. No more missed AGM agendas.
- Register a guest, request a parking pass, or update your contact info from your phone.
- Pay strata fees, amenity bookings, and move-in deposits in-app.

FOR MANAGERS
- Dashboard with live KPIs across your full portfolio: open work orders, pending requests, packages awaiting pickup, today's access events, and revenue.
- Filter by building or by date range. Click any KPI to drill into the underlying records.
