I do have a couple suggestions: - It’d be great if there was an option to sand, paint, and maybe lacquer to make it more realistic. - It would also be cool to have long term projects, like making furniture, little trinkets, and even musical instruments. Not enjoyable using your imagination haha ### 4/5 — Almost perfect... would love to have a premium update to hand turn. *2020-10-23, version 2.11.0* I’m an amateur woodworker with a Taig MicroLathe II. I got this to practice virtually turning would without having two Waze blanks… And it has done a fantastic job… It’s very realistic, and I am sincerely impressed by the app… The premium version is well worth it. That being said, I really would like to have an update at some point that would let me turn wood by hand holding the tools instead of having to adjust it on the machine by pressing the arrows. If there was someway to hand turn the wood, this app would be almost perfect. The only other thing that I could think of would be if premium customers were able to select wood blanks off of a list instead of having to do it through a level.. basically, a “freestyle“ version where you can do whatever you want to with any piece of wood that you want to. If they added both of those things, this would be absolutely fantastic. ### 2/5 — Amazing, but you have to pay… *2020-06-05, version 2.9.0* This game has amazing graphics and the gameplay is amazing but the only thing that i don’t like is that when you knife breaks you have to get another and what happens when you run out of them well… you basically have to pay 💰 ### 4/5 — Quite a good simulator *2020-02-27, version 2.7.0* This game is about as close as it gets to the real thing. It can be a bit confusing at first, but once you know what you’re doing it can be quite enjoyable. It’s realistic as well which means your knifes will break if you go too fast and get them too hot. One thing to note tho is that because it’s quite realistic, it can be pretty time consuming. You can actually lock electronic knife to move only forward/backward or horizontally. You can angle the knife as well, and also lock the knife at a certain speed moving sideways to cut away at the square shaped piece to make it circular. And don’t worry about the “watch ad to unlock knives” cause it just shows a loading logo for about 10-15 seconds. Then you can turn off the knife breaking mechanic. I also paid for the unlock all jobs and knives options but never received my in app purchases. Have requested refund from Apple. It worked the purchase for getting all of the knifes but the jobs option isn’t working although the payment was effective. Moreover, after paying in the iPad app, I can’t use the knifes in my iPhone app… I am very upset for these issues.
