I listen to general conference each day while getting ready. Why hasn’t April 2022 been added? Once a video starts to play the X button to go out of the video will not work until the video plays COMPlETELY through the the last second. To exit you need to move the play cursor all the way to the end and let the last seconds play before you can exit the video. A few other features others of suggested would be helpful. The company tent is really nice. A wide variety of material in one place. Presently it is stuck on 4Ordained’s Brightly Beams. I reinstalled the app thinking it was a glitch there was no change. ### 4/5 — FYI *2019-10-29, version 7.0.4* I didn’t realize the difference between an app on Apple TV and the Apple TV app. This channel is nowhere to be found on the Apple TV app on my new smart tv, so I’m guessing it is only offered as an app on an Apple TV, Roku, ect... It seems the last update removed easy access to the scripture stories with a group of children discussing the story. You used to be able to do that on the app, then it updated and now you can’t. It would also be nice if we got the playlist feature if we could add stuff in whatever order we want and not in newly posted at the top. It made it hard for the podcasts that were in a story line to listen to them in order. I don’t like how it’s not easy to tell what you have and haven’t listed too. There are multiple video playback and loading problems too. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it did not help. When you watch a video you have to close the whole app to get out of the video and when you go to search something it just kicks you out of the app. I use this all the time and these problems have made it the worst. My son could just open that one app and watch the videos he liked. He was only two. Now at three and a half he needs lots of help with this new app plus I don’t like him to just have at it all by himself. There are scary things on here for a three year old so I literally have to monitor an LDS app that has kid features. Bring back the old app Mormon Channel Kids – Illustrated Children’s Stories ### 1/5 — Bug fixes *2020-01-05, version 7.0.4* EVERY TIME I watch a video on this app I have to close the app completely in order to exit out of the video. If I try and just click the x at the top of the screen, the app will malfunction and keep opening the same video, never taking me back to the main screen. ### 1/5 — Poor performance of app during most recent general conference *2018-10-09, version 7.0* I became frustrated with this app during the most recent general conference because, I kept getting thrown out of the conference and the audio and video would quit. This would occur every 20 or 30 seconds. Iphone 7 ios 12. Tried updating the app and now the app won't start at all. Need some serious work done to get this thing working ### 1/5 — Consistently Fails to Live Stream *2017-09-30, version 6.2.5* For years my family has tried to Stream general conference, either audio or video, using this app. Having not use the app in about a year, I tried it again for October 2017 conference. Again it did not stream properly, in fact I would say it did not strange at all. Audio would come through in bursts every 5 to 10 seconds and would be played at a rate so fast, it was not able to understand. ### 2/5 — Please improve *2021-03-15, version 7.0.7* This app could be an amazing resource for Church members but it is so buggy and unusable. You took away so many good features. Please make it so you can search and listen at the same time again. Please put search by Apostles back. Please make it not crash when searching old General Conferences, oh wait, put those back too. I can’t remember all the problems. I quit using it because it’s so disappointing. This could really be helpful to someone seeking inspiration but you’ve changed it and taken away so much good stuff. Also, could you add a General Conference radio channel? I don’t need Primary or Youth programs at all, a Conference channel would be amazing! ### 2/5 — Way Too Buggy and Missing Basic Features *2021-03-05, version 7.0.5* Let me be clear that the content within the app is great. That isn’t what I’m rating. The app is hands down the slowest loading app on my phone. It takes a very, very long time. The radio doesn’t fit to my screen, so the play/pause button are unusable in the app (I can pause from my Lock Screen). The music and the music information do not match a lot of the time. The app doesn’t remember where you were in previous listening. You can’t even tell what podcasts/episodes you’ve previously listened to. If you’re trying to listen to a podcast and the app is closed, I hope you know what minute of what episode you were on because the app doesn’t remember. The app isn’t responsive, taking several taps before something loads. There is just so much that needs improved. I want this app to be a bigger part of my life, but it is kinda frustrating to use, which makes me avoid it. ### 2/5 — Broken *2020-02-02, version 7.0.4* This app has all you would want, except that it doesn't load. You press play and nothing happens. Please fix it! It used to play such lovely music and now it's a sad mockery. I cannot begin to explain the increase in knowledge and testimony I have received by listening to the Saints Channel. It helps me to keep my sacrament covenant to remember Him, and thereby I have His Spirit to be with me in more abundance to deal with the calamities of our day. Thank you so much for providing this great service! My favorite shows are general conference replays, History of the Hymns, anything historical, chapter books by leaders, and any shows highlighting success stories of people who have overcome obstacles. You have to kill the app if you want to go back to the home screen. Other than this little issue, the app design and reliability is pretty decent.
