Couldn’t scan to unlock the bike and there is no customer service.

After seeing few bicycle in my office, I decided to download app to realize that app hit error and won't start at all.
I guess it's easy way to get customer information and not provide any service.

La app te envía a bicicletas que no están donde dicen estar, queríamos dos bicicletas y nos ha llevado 25 minutos encontrar la segunda. 

Después, Debido a los problemas con el candado ( que  no abre  ni cuerra cuando dice) para aparcar no ha llevado mas tiempo y ha pasado la franja de 30 minutos por 2 minutos con lo que hemos tenido que pagar el siguiente tramo horario. 

Muy descontentos con el servicio

Je vous déconseille cette application, 1,5€ pour 7min et la personne derrière cette entreprise n’est pas du tout courtoise. Si vous souhaitez vous faire arnaquer allez y !

Le compteur se met à tourner mais impossible de déverrouiller le cadenas du vélo, un code erreur s’affiche, pourtant la course commence... j’attend de voir si je suis débité malgré ma course de moins de 2 minutes correspondant à ma bataille entre l’application qui voulait pas annuler la course et le vélo qui se déverrouillais pas! Ma femme a également essayer en même temps sans qu’on se concerte, même problème ! Un conseil : Fuyez ces vélos!

A mon arrivée sur Annecy pour 3 jours, j’ai utilisé ce moyen de déplacement simple et pratique d’utilisation ! Pas chère et un bon moyen d’aller partout malheureusement que sur les rives du lac

I have been using Lattis this summer in Montreal. I enjoy the fact that you can lock the rented bike anywhere in the city. Also the bluetooth function of unlocking the bike made the experience feel very « futuristic » :)
