## What is Latuvo?

Latuvo records your tennis the way you actually play — privately, on your own devices.

Every match, every opponent — your record, your story. Log results manually on your phone, free forever, or pair an Apple Watch to capture fitness data and per-point stats during play. There's no account and no sign-up: your data lives on your device and syncs across your own devices through your private iCloud. Nothing is uploaded to us.

How it works:
• Log a match on your phone in seconds: opponent, score, surface. Free and unlimited.
• Or tap points on your Apple Watch during the match. The watch captures heart rate, calories, and distance automatically; your taps unlock serve %, winners, and unforced errors. First 5 watch-tracked matches free, then Plus — $4.99/month, $29.99/year, or a one-time $59.99 lifetime unlock.
• When the match ends, the phone gives you a recap plus a plain-language analysis of what worked and what to improve — and when the match was watch-tracked, a few concrete things to try next time, built from the stats it actually measured. Over time you see how your game is trending, and when you face someone again you get a pre-match preview built from your past matches with them.
• Your record is yours alone — a longitudinal history of how you're playing, kept on your devices, never shared or ranked against strangers.

What Latuvo doesn't do:
• No account, no login — nothing to sign up for.
• No ads.
• No cross-app tracking.
• Usage analytics is privacy-first and anonymous — aggregate only, no personal info and no advertising identifiers; crash diagnostics stay on-device via Apple's MetricKit and are never transmitted.
• No selling your data — there's no server to sell it from.
• Not a medical device, and not medical or fitness advice — the match analysis, heart-rate, and calorie figures are consumer-grade signals for your own information.

Subscription & lifetime purchase
Latuvo Plus is optional. The full app is free — unlimited manual match logging, stats, recap, your first 5 Apple Watch-tracked matches, and recording, comparing, and sharing slow-motion shot clips (including playing two saved swing clips side-by-side with a synced scrubber). Plus unlocks unlimited watch-tracked matches (live wrist scoring with per-point stats and automatic fitness data). It's available three ways: an auto-renewing monthly subscription ($4.99/month), an auto-renewing annual subscription ($29.99/year), or a one-time lifetime unlock ($59.99, not a subscription — pay once, no renewal). Price and duration are shown in the app before you buy; payment is charged to your Apple Account. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends — manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings, or in the app from Profile → Subscription.

### 1.4.1 — 2026-08-19

Two fixes from testing on real devices, plus the fixes from a full review of the app.

• Choosing who serves first no longer gets stuck. Dismissing the question and switching tabs used to bring it straight back, with answering it the only way out.
• "Compared with your average" now appears from your second tracked match instead of your fourth — and matches in different formats count toward it, so your first matches aren't left without it.
• A paused match can never look live, and can't be shared as though it were a finished result.
• Long scores enter properly everywhere: a 27-25 decider and long tiebreaks are accepted by the score steppers, not just quick entry.
• Best-of-5 reads honestly — a straight-sets loss is no longer told it went the distance.
• The recap stops treating a stat that matches your average as a shortfall.
• Exporting your data refuses rather than under-reporting if anything can't be read.
• Plus watch reliability work around parking, resuming and first-server corrections.

### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-11

Your match on the wrist is safer.
Starting a new match no longer overwrites one still in progress on your Apple Watch — an interrupted match is preserved and you're told, instead of it vanishing quietly. A match left live overnight now retires itself cleanly, so the watch is ready for your next one.

Five-set scores are recorded properly.
A fifth set decided at 6-6 is now saved as 7-6, the way it's actually scored — and you can finally log one by hand.

Shot clips: you choose the moment.
Scrub to the instant of contact and Save cuts around your choice. More of the screen goes to the footage.

Clearer stats.
New explainers for the Tracker and Fitness numbers, so you know what each one is measured from.

Easier to pick the right opponent.
The opponent list now shows when you last played each person.

Plus a readable Ace tile on the watch grid, a consistent way to close every sheet, and accuracy fixes to what the app says about your data.

Shot Analysis

• Record a swing in slow motion and step through it frame by frame.
• Mark the exact instant of contact. Compare lines two clips up on that moment, so you always see the same point of the swing — whatever the clips' length.
• A wider capture window that fits a serve, from the toss through the follow-through.
• Slow motion now follows the frame rate your camera actually delivered.
• Smoother scrubbing, and a bigger picture on both the clip and Compare screens.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-07-31

Latuvo now drops you straight into your match log — no setup steps.

Also in this update:
• Tie-breaks are labelled as tie-breaks on the live match screen, including the 10-point match tie-break.
• A match tie-break no longer shows a phantom extra set beside it.
• Second serve no longer makes the live score card jump.
• Cancelling a paused match now removes it for good, instead of leaving it in Upcoming.

Plus refinements to the Apple Watch screen and under-the-hood improvements.
