Now, when I try to login I just get a blank screen. Even closing and reopening the app returns me to that same blank screen ### 1/5 — Bad *2025-05-03* App is incredibly complicated and not user-friendly at all. Shouldn’t take 500 key strokes just to buy a salad. ### 3/5 — Good food, bad app *2025-02-13* Like the food but the app doesn’t work for ordering. I have used the app in the past to place an order. But the last several months, I get an error msg & can’t place my order. It’s annoying. I then have to call the store & place it. Sometimes they are too busy to take it right away. They should fix the app. (I’ve tried both turning my phone off & on. As well as deleting the app & reloading it. Still can’t use it. As a result you have type into special instructions and cross your fingers. Also, does not accept Apple Pay. ### 3/5 — Great food. Bad app! *2023-07-16* If you want us to use this app you should be as convenient to use as the alternatives like DoorDash. This app does not support ApplePay or Google Pay. You have to enter your credit card manually. Nor does support auto fill of your card or address. The app is also slow and the text is small. Why would you invest the time and money building this when it doesn’t even work as well as the alternatives? That being said, it’s great food and the staff provides great service. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service of any restaurant *2023-02-28* Had wrong food order delivered, was told I’d get a full refund a few days later. Three weeks later, still nothing. I ordered from their own website, not via a third party app. The restaurant has not only not apologized in any way, or offer to compensate in any way or even return my calls or writing. The manager promises to help, then does nothing. In effect, the restaurant just stole from me and refuses to resolve it or do anything about it. Beware, if you order online from this restaurant, if there is a mistake, you’ll lose your money and your food and the restaurant will not take any responsibility. ### 5/5 — Great food and functionality *2021-12-11* Healthy, delicious food.
