It has been finicky in the past but this year I haven’t been able to use the app due to my email already in use. Which obviously it’s my account, and the verification code says has been used already as well. So I paid $100 for coupons that I can not access. ### 1/5 — Not what I expected. *2025-08-27, version 1.11.11* It is asking for more money to renew. I paid 25.00 for the card already. Not paying another 25.00 to get more discounts ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2025-08-19* In my case it doesn’t even let you hit enter after you put number in so you can activate. The solicitation had things I’d actually use. The app does not have any of those items. The solicitation clearly was developed by Launch Back and does not match what is digitally available. I bought several to give as gifts and support my athlete. Such a major disappointment. Not worth the energy or time. Next time I’ll just give my athlete cash that he can give to his team and bypass this app altogether. Things should match up so the credibility of the kid asking for support is not diminished. Have had this problem a few times. It wants me to complete my registration, which I have already completed, so it says that my email is already in use. When I call the contact number it never has anyone available. When I email, it sends an we'll get back to you message. ### 3/5 — Warning to Business Owners *2024-10-19, version 1.7.7* Customer came into my business today showing what appeared to be a 25% off discount through this app. We have never signed our business up to support anything through this app. Leaving this review as I don’t have any contact information through the app or through the website to reach out to their support to let them know they need to remove my business. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unable to complete set up *2026-08-04* The offers look great but I can not complete the set up. The submit button doesn’t work. Albeit, there were some growing pains like any company has in the beginning stages, but they continue to have fantastic customer support, user experience, and new additions every time I log in.
