This app gets one star for not having something that is a must at this day and age. It just shows how little CE thinks about their customers and they see it as a joke because they only see each person as $$$$ and not in the way of taking care of them so they want to be their customer. The app is worthless. You can’t even sign in and I did wonder why on the app they ask for email when on the site they ask for a username. So I tried messaging the app center and they haven’t gotten back to me. When I go on the web to consumers energy and sign in with my I.D. it lets me in.
