I am aware this app is strictly for employees. Since Consumers Energy cares so much for their customers that they have a wonderful app for them... oh wait, no they don’t. I only have this app to leave a review on. This app gets one star for not having something that is a must at this day and age. It just shows how little CE thinks about their customers and they see it as a joke because they only see each person as $$$$ and not in the way of taking care of them so they want to be their customer. This is way too many peoples only choice for electricity and that’s where the problem comes in.

Well here I am feeling stupid for not paying attention to the comments. The app is worthless. You can’t even sign in and I did wonder why on the app they ask for email when on the site they ask for a username. But I still tried it and same thing as other people, it tells you login failed. 😔

When I sign in to my I.D.  it says that it’s not correct. So I tried messaging the app center and they haven’t gotten back to me. When I go on the web to consumers energy and sign in with my I.D. it lets me in. But not try the app. Please fix and answer people questions on the app.
