My prospects are not loading for last 3 months, i have even uninstalled app and redone it. I think they are not yet ready for app. The worst thing is you can’t even open the program from phone safari or chrome browser, the browser asks you to install app. So you have to be in front of the PC to see if any leads replied to you. The desktop version is pretty good with some improvements over there as well. Signed up to the platform about 3 weeks ago. After weeks of instruction from their team to do the proper things to get started texting, I had no luck getting registered to text. I’ve been asking for a refund for a week now, but instead, I get dispatched to customer service instead of just being refunded my money. Before you start with Launch, ask if your website or page is 10DLC complaint before you pay them $500, $1000, or $1500. They’re quick to sign you up, and slow to refund/cancel your membership. Wouldn’t recommend, and I doubt I’m getting my $ back at this point. We shall see. If I can’t use the platform after paying you to initiate, simply just give me my money back? 😕 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-01-19, version 2.1* Doesn’t work at all. Only shows a message or two that is super old and nothing even close to current. Have to use the desktop to check for new messages. ### 2/5 — Website is better *2025-01-23, version 3.4.0* I like that I can message people back quickly over the phone when I can’t access my computer. The problem with the app is that it doesn’t populate my inbox correctly like the website does. No matter how many times I refresh it’s not the same. Warm leads or hot leads do no appear and if they do it’s because they texted me first. Sometimes i need to ask a question or look them up real quick and I can’t. A great add on to the software on the computer. Only thing I would wish for would be a notification system to be on top of leads quickly when they do respond. ### 4/5 — Platform & Lead management *2026-02-24, version 3.7.0* I’ve been using the app for Launch Control easy tasks and the convenience of mobility! I love getting the notifications of every new text/engagement even when not logged into the app. Helps with being on top of your response game. For what I use the app I think it offers a great deal of value and flexibility. Of course I use the webpage on my computer for the more complex tasks. FYI I use the Launch Leads which work so good that sometimes make us feel overwhelmed. It took me a bit (about 2 weeks to be comfortable on it and getting used to the platform), but I am not much of a software/tech person. The interface is pretty crappy but I’m not sure what LaunchControl end goal is.
